Our virtual home workstation assessments are unique. In addition to carrying out a full audit and assessment, in having a physio background, we provide individual, customised postural exercises to help reduce pain and risk of injuries.
A report will be provided after the assessment that highlights areas of risks and actions that the employer is required to take to ensure they are compliant.

About Wendy Chalmers Mill

For 26 years, Wendy worked in the House of Commons setting up and providing their health and well-being programme, specifically related to working with display screen equipment.
She is recognised as one of the UK experts in this field, and has been frequently interviewed on TV and radio, and is a TedX speaker.
As an ergonomics specialist and physiotherapist with over 30 years of experience, Wendy has worked with a wide range of organisations, large and small. Through her innovative training she has helped improve health, safety and well-being, as well as resilience and communications.
Due to Covid-19, Wendy has created a specific training programme to help ensure the safety and well-being of people working from home.
